Hours of Operation

Open to the Public: Monday through Sunday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

You can drop off or pick up your companions anytime between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

PLEASE NOTE: All companions picked up after 1PM will incur a $10 fee to compensate for a full day of care given.

Exceptions can be made in advance for special circumstances or emergencies by appointment only!  

Please call or email to communicate and we will do our best to accommodate.

Closed on all major holidays for pet drop-off or pick-up to ensure our staff has ample time to care for the increase in guests.

Limited Hours of Public Access

Though we are here caring for your companions from 7 A.M. to 9 P.M. we have limited the hours of public access so that our guests may settle into a routine and not have constant disturbances.  That also affords our staff the needed time to stay focused on feeding our boarders in an uninterrupted, calm atmosphere and to concentrate solely on finalizing care and tucking our friends in for the night.
